The applications for the Kremer Tuition Grant are in the school office or can be accessed here. The grant is based on the free and reduced lunches income. The applications are due in our office on or before Tuesday, May 6,2009. The grant is simple to complete. It must include a copy of your 2008 - 1040 Tax Form. You will need to list all persons living with you in your home, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. and their relationship to you. If you receive alimony, child support, disability, etc., that must be listed, also. Please list all students who attend Blessed Sacrament School at the top of the application. The maximum income for a family of 2-4 members is $39,220 to apply for the grant. For every family member over 4 add $6660. All applications are kept confidential. Please place your application in an envelope addressed to Mrs. Packham and return to the school office.
