Fingerprinting & Background Check - All employees, substitute teachers, and volunteers in School or School related activities must be fingerprinted by the Archdiocese of Cincinnati – no other agency. This list of fingerprinting locations is on the Archdiocesan website. It is Archdiocesan policy that no employee or volunteer may have contact with children until a clear background check on the individual has been received. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Decree on Child Protection - Staff and Volunteers must also take an Archdiocesan class on the Decree on Child Protection prior to service. The dates/times of these classes are
St. Albert - held the first Monday of each month unless it falls on a holiday conducted in the
Chapel at 7:00pm.
St. Henry - sessions will begin promptly at 7:00pm
August 6, 2008 - St. Henry Room (PAC)
August 20, 2008 - Parish Office
October 8, 2008 - St. Henry Room
St. Charles - September 16, 2008 - St. Charles Borromeo Room - 6:00pm
New staff and volunteers may not begin their services until this process is complete.
