Chief Operating Officer, H. Sheila Lopez: Sheila is an accomplished executive level business, financial, human resource and IT management professional with more than 32 years results-oriented experience. She has been successful in achieving bottom-line results through building sound accounting, internal control, information, human resource and organizational structures, reorganizing struggling operations and building team camaraderie. As Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Catholic Charities.She also serves as Director of Shelter Ministry for the Ministries of Mercy, a Diocesan wide initiative.








Information Technology Systems Director, Kathy Bugbee: Kathy brings to Catholic Charities over 22 years of experience, 19 years in non-profit human service agencies. As Information Technology Systems Director, Kathy has AS degree in Computer Science from Rhode Island College. She is responsible for the Agencies the day-to-day technology which includes, hardware, data, Internal and External Reporting for our multiple locations and programs within the five counties.








Director of Housing, Sister Pamela J. Nolan, CSC: Sister Pam is a well-qualified manager with over 24 years of experience in the residential/housing management. She has a BS degree in Behavioral Science from Notre Dame College. She is responsible for housing for farm workers, people living with HIV/AIDS and the disabled.
