For centuries, the Ministries of Mercy have been integral to the life of the Catholic Church following Jesus' example of reaching out to the needy, poor, suffering, and marginalized.

Shelter Ministries provide shelter to the homeless and people in challenging situations. They include any ministries that work with housing for any special population.

As a member of the Church and through the Ministries of Mercy, "Shelter Ministry," Catholic Charities is responding to God's call in Matthew 25, "We are Called To Be The Hands Of Jesus."
