Catholic Campus Ministry (CCM)
CCM is an outreach ministry of St. Michael Parish and an organization of Nothern Michigan University. We minister to the students, faculty and staff of NMU by providing the Sacraments, programs and a facilty that is open Mon-Thurs for members to come and relax. Students use the center as a quiet place to study, take a nap, watch a movie, pray, enjoy a snack from our well stocked shelves or to simply sit and chat with Catherine. Recently, Cat recieved a letter from a student that said something like, Thank you for being my home away from home.. thank you for BEING HOME. We think this is a good example of the faith community that CCM is. Together we discover, grow and fall in love with our faith. Some say that the Youth is the church of the future.. here at CCM we often say that youth are the CHURCH OF THE NOW! Center Hours: Monday - Thursday 10am-4pm
