- Lent 2004: Parishes held six parish-wide sessions to get feedback on outlines

- July 17, 2004: Preparatory Commission and Bishop met to approve outlines

- August 28, 2004: Preparatory Commission and Sub-committees meet at The Catholic Center, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. to begin writing drafts

- Fall/Winter 2004: Sub-committees draft documents

- December 10, 2004: Sub-committee submit drafts for Prayer/Liturgy, Parish/Diocesan Administration and Catholic Education/Formation

- December 15 & 18, 2004: Training for Parish Facilitators

- July 1, 2005: Subcommittees submit revised documents for Liturgy/Prayer, Parish/Diocesan Administration and Education/Formation to coordinators

- July 31, 2005: Preparatory Commission receives drafts to prepare for Liturgy/Prayer, Parish/Diocesan Administration and Education/Formation for September 10 meeting

- August 2005: Drafts for Liturgy/Prayer, Parish/Diocesan Administration and Education/Formation are sent for canonical /theological review

- August 24 , 27& 30 2005: Parish Facilitator Training for Gospel of Life/Respect Life, Lay Apostolate and Evangelization
