Xavier University and the Department of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Covington are pleased to announce the offering of master of education courses at Covington Catholic High School in northern Kentucky. The program is intended for those who are already licensed teachers wishing to begin a master of education degree. Xavier will offer the four-core master of education courses at Covington Catholic High School beginning August 24. New students participating in this special program will complete a total of four courses (12 credit hours) of the Master of Education degree at the Covington Catholic site. The remaining six courses (18 credit hours) will be completed on the Xavier campus. The program has been structured to provide the convenience of taking four courses close to where teachers live and work. A special financial aid package is associated with this off-site program. All Catholic school teachers receive a 25% tuition discount. Inner-city Catholic school teachers receive a 50% tuition discount. Contact the Graduate Services Office to apply for this discount.
