Tu es sacerdos inaeternum - You are a priest forever
The Holy See has declared a Year for Priests beginning with the Feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, June 19, 2009. We invite the Faithful to pray the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be five times each day in honor of the Sacred Heart to ask that the following priests maintain purity and sanctity of life.

This Year for Priests falls on the 150th anniversary of the death of St. Jean Marie Vianney, also known as the Curé of Ars, the patron saint of parish priests. We humbly ask for his intercessory prayers for all priests throughout the world.
