Interpreter Referrals and Services

Members of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community are encouraged to participate in all aspects of church life. All scheduled events, special Masses (Holy Days, etc.), and classes can be interpreted upon request at no charge to the Deaf individual. To request an intepreter please make your request two weeks before the event. For funerals or other emergency situations this does not apply. Contact one of the ministry coordinators for more information. Other parishes in need of interpreters for weddings, funerals, and other events can retain these services by contacting the ministry. Please note that a fee for interpreter services is expected and is usually provided by the parish.
