Our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, has declared this year, June 19, 2009—June 19, 2010, to be the "Year for Priests."  Significantly, this year occurs at the time of the 150th anniversary of the death of St. John Vianney, the Patron Saint of parish priests.

Below are some resources to use during this year and beyond to help properly form our understanding of the nature of the priesthood, as well as to honor those men who have given their very lives in the service of the Church.
