The Winona Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (WDCCW) is an affiliate of the Nation Council of Catholic Women (NCCW) and subscribes to the objectives of the NCCW.

NCCW Mission Statement
The National Council of Catholic Women acts through its affiliated organizations to support, empower, and educate all catholic women in spirituality,leadership, and service. NCCW programs respond with gospel values to the needs of the church and society in the modern world.

The Winona Diocesan Council of Catholic Women consists of 10 areas in Southern Minnesota: Austin Area, Blue Earth/Fairmont Area, Caledonia Area, Lake City/Wabasha Area, Mankato/St. James Area, Owatonna/Waseca Area, Rochester Area, Slayton Area, Winona Area, and Worthington Area.
