St Francis de Sales Catholic Parish is a welcoming, caring community of God's people called to work together to become fully committed followers of Jesus Christ. Giving: We will work to keep our parish secure and vibrant through generous financial support and a personal willingness to serve the parish with our individual skills and talents. Relationships: We will give special care to the primary relationships God has given us (i.e. family, friends, neighbors and fellow parishioners) and strive to see all others as our brothers and sisters in the family of God. Outreach: We will invite others to make our parish their spiritual home and will how concern (through special collections, the parish food pantry, specific projects and through our assistance as individuals) for those whose needs are made known to us. Worship: We will offer liturgies, on weekends and at other times, that will help us deepen our sense of ourselves as a community of believers and enable us to praise, thank and experience God and be committed, as individuals, to the ongoing deepening of our spiritual lives. Tradition: We will preserve and pass on to the next generation the faith, values and teachings of our religious heritage and the time-honored customs of our parish, while at the same time being ever open to exploring the new and the possibilities of change. Hospitality: We will be ever mindful that we are instruments for God to use and that God can work more powerfully through people who are welcoming, inviting and open to all.
