Catholic Charities CYO is offering a caregivers class.
This class is offered free of charge for Informal Caregivers and Care Partners.
Care Strategies for the Family Caregiver – Few of us are prepared for the challenges of caring for a family member or friend. This overview introduces the latest, most effective strategies for providing care and will be helpful for caregivers with all levels of experience. Among the topics we will cover are: mindfulness based stress reduction, effective communication, how to engage with your loved one, and where to find extra information and assistance.
