The process for becoming a Catholic Christian is referred to as the RCIA, which stands for Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. 

The initial part of the journey is called The Inquiry Period.  During this part of the program the inquirers ask questions about Christianity and receive honest answers from the trained team members.

The informal discussions during this period help the inquirers link their personal life stories to the stories on the New Testament as witnessed and lived by the first Christian communities.

The on-going and informal meetings are on Thursdays from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m.  For the location of the meetings or for more information contact Bruce Jacobs, the Director of Religious Education, at

Ours is an on-going program, which means that you are welcome to join the program at any time during the year.  You will progress in the process according to your needs and will be welcomed into the Catholic Church at the time appropriate for you.
