Mission Statement

The mission of the Holy Family School advisory board is to promote and enhance the catholic education of our students by providing support and advise to the pastor and principal in matters related to school policy, finance, development, facilities and marketing.

 PTG Board 2009-10

Vivian Perez - PRESIDENT

*Meets with Principal to confirm the approval of fundraisers and events to occur during the school year. Coordinates fundraising goals with the Principal. Delegates responsibilities and follows up with officers to confirm everything on schedule.

Zenda Judalena - VICE PRESIDENT

*Meets with representatives of fundraising groups. Obtains information and plans and present materials to President. Conducts business when President is not available

Richelle Concepcion - SECRETARY

*Takes minutes at PTG General meeting and prepares agenda with President. Prepares all notices/flyers regarding PTG meetings, PTG announcements, etc., and all other notices requested by the President. Work swith HFS office staff to ensure notices to parents are sent timely. Works with website coordinator to ensure that Holy Family web pages are updated with fundraisers and events

Jaime Santos - TREASURER

*Maintains financial records for PTG accounts. Works with room parent assigned to fundraiser that receipts match what is being deposited into account. Checks and balances account with office. Works with assistant treasurer during Bazaar weekend.

Colleen Keena - ASSISTANT TREASURER

*Assists Treasurer with duties, especially during Bazaar

Crystal Little – SCRIPP COORDINATOR

Crystal Little – BINGO COORDINATOR

Colleen Engelbrecht - PUBLICITY

*Works on publicity for bazaar and to promote school

Tina Castro - HOSPITALITY

*Prepares/sets up refreshments for PTG Meetings and Open Houses

Fabby Esparza - FUNDRAISING COORDINATOR

*Works with Room Parent Coordinator regarding fundraising activities. Maintain database regarding record keeping for volunteer hours and fundraising obligations.

Jessica Garrett – ALUMNI COORDINATOR

Jennifer Seivers – WEBSITE COORDINATOR

Maria Simonton - ROOM PARENT/VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

*Works with Room Parents on functions relating to PTG, such as Pancake Breakfast; bazaar baskets and assigned fundraiser duties. Coordinate Bazaar Parent volunteer schedules.
