St. Joseph's Covenant Keepers |
Credo: “And He will turn the hearts of their fathers to their children and the hearts of their children to their fathers.” St. Joseph’s Covenant Keepers (i.e. SJCK) is an informal international network of Christian men, under the patronage of St. Joseph, dedicated to strengthen the family. We adhere to the eight commitments of a SJCK. More information regarding SJCK can be found at: http://www.dads.org/aboutus.asp As St. Joseph’s Covenant Keepers, we are not just concerned with our own families. We will also strive for a “Christ like” concern for the spiritual and material welfare of other families in our parish, in our community and in other localities throughout the world. We meet year round, twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Saturday at 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the St. Joseph Center. We are open to and welcome all adult men in the parish to participate. You do not have to be married or even have a family. No preparation is required, but it’s helpful to bring with you a Bible, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and willingness to learn and grow in the love of our Savior through His word in conjunction with the love and concern of fellow “Brothers in Christ.” If you have any questions about SJCK, please contact one of us for more information: Jim Garland 810-584-0312 "The future of the world and of the Church passes through the family."
