The Strategic Plan For Stewardship & Development

In partnership with the Institute of School and Parish Development, Holy Family is participating in a year long process to help our parish implement a dynamic vision and enhance current stewardship for the future.

The first step in the process is the ISPD assessment. Input was received by one-on-one interviews with parish personnel, parishioners and materials gathered by ISPD.

Then, a CORE team was formed by individuals that were either active in the Stewardship Committee and/or living stewardship and made the commitment to meet monthly and work together to move the process forward.

The CORE team held 6 input sessions and had approximently 110 parishioners attend. Since we wanted input from more of the parish, we surveyed all who attended Mass on Pentecost Weekend. We received over 500 surveys back. Between the 2 input methods, approximently 90 parishioners advised they would like to be involved in Parish Planning Team- helping to brainstorm solutions for the top challenges that we face.

We want to extend an invitation to all Holy Family parishioners to participate in the Parish Planning Team.
