• Notices must be in writing *
• Submitted no later than Friday, one week prior to publication.
• Notices may be:
  • hand delivered to the parish office
  • mailed to the parish office
  • Faxed to the parish office 434-7734
  • Emailed to hsbulletined@yahoo.com
    • parish office is located at

• Double check spelling of names, dates, times and places
   
• Indicate the dates you would like your article to run (2 weeks is the general guideline)
   
• If an event requires a room in the parish complex, please confirm space availability with Sharon in the parish office
  • If your event is cancelled or the time is changed, please let Sharon know as soon as possible so the space may be made available

The Editor reserves the right to edit or format any article or announcement as needed in order to conform with space restrictions and bulletin style.

Priority is given to articles requested by:

• our Bishop
• our Pastor
• news items that are time sensitive and relate directly to our church and its parishioners
• space availability
