The dedicated, highly qualified staff of Holy Spirit School prides itself in providing an academically challenging curriculum ~ and assists the students learning endeavors with Differentiated Instruction and a high level of individualized support ~ during, before and after school.
All teachers at Holy Spirit School hold current certification required by the State of Michigan. Our teachers continue to be involved in furthering their education by attending workshops and university courses on a regular basis.

The Holy Spirit School Faculty and Staff include:
- 19 full-time Instructors (including specialized instruction in Reading)
- 7 part-time Instructors in: - Physical Education - Music - Spanish - Library/Media Instruction - Band - Computer Science
- Social Worker - Weekly consultations with students, parents, and teachers to help ensure student success - Consults with classroom teachers to provide classroom presentations on peer pressure, self esteem, friendship and other issues
- Library Committee - Coordinates the use of 4500 + volume library
