Although not mandatory by any means, parents seek to play a significant role in the school lives of their children, oftentimes volunteering to help with lunches, in the classroom or office, on the playground, or with special events.
The result of this is a close community of families who actively participate in the diverse educational experiences of their children.
Each September, the parish hosts a festival with activities for the entire family. Former students frequently offer their time and effort to school activities in the classroom, on the athletic field, and in the school community.
