ST. MICHAEL PARISH RENTAL POLICY: Persons wishing to rent out the parish hall for non-parish functions (i.e. meetings, showers, dinners, etc.), including gatherings by the family before and/or after a Baptism, Confirmation, First Reconciliation, First Eucharist, wedding, wedding anniversary, or other events when a sacramental celebration is also held at the parish need to call the cluster/parish office to check on availability and make arrangements. Signing a Hall Rental Agreement and fees are due before using the hall.
ORGANIST COMPENSATION shall be provided to all organist at the rate of $10 per Mass [Sunday (Saturday evening)] for those who are parishioners. Non-parishioners will also receive mileage compensation at the standard mileage rate. Organists are to complete a time sheet in order to receive compensation: monthly for parishioners, weekly for non-parishioners. [Parish Council, 16 June 2009]
