Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholds constitutionality of "under God" in Pledge
On March 11, 2010 the 9th Circuit Court in San Francisco ruled that the phrase "under God" in the
Pledge of Allegiance did not violate the Constitution's separation of State and Church requirements.
