October 2009 Brothers, September was a great month for us. We had our most successful Blue Mass yet. It was well attended by many officers, firefighters, troopers and EMT’s. We thank Deacon Trapani, Gary Texter and Fr. Dennis Nikolic for putting together such a wonderful event. October is going to be a busy month. We have our first 5K road race, a wonderful Oktoberfest event, and annual blood drive and clergy dinner. Please see the flyers inserted in this newsletter for details and try to attend one of these events. Our newsletter and website are a great communication device for our council.PGK Rich Trapani works very hard keeping this maintained and we thank him for that. But, he needs your help; please submit information, articles or ideas to Rich by the 20th of each month for the newsletter. This will help keep your fellow brothers inform of events you would like to share or just information on how you are doing. As always remember to pray for our Clergy, our troops and all those who protect and serve us. Vivat Jesus!!!
