Marian Council will Keep Christ in Christmas this season with many events planned for family, friends and the community. 

On the 1st of November members began selling "Keep Christ in Christmas" car magnets for $3 each.  These have proven to be very popular and have grown in popularity over the past few seasons.  Proceeds from this sale fund the next event...

On November 28 members of Council 3754 broke out across the NW section of Dayton putting up 4x8 boards announcing to all viewers to "Keep Christ In Christmas".  This effort started with renting one full sized billboard.  Then the idea grew to become 4x8 large boards placed in the front lawns of the parishes in NW Dayton.  Business have begun asking for a board to be put in front of their buildings and so this year we have added three businesses to our locations.  The goal is to spread the word further and further each year. 

The council will have its annual family Christmas party on Sunday, December 21.  This is a combined parent, child, adult day.  Santa will be there with gifts for all fo the kids who registered.  Fodd is available all day.  Stop in when you have the time between 3pm and 8pm that day.

Lastly, Marian Council is hosting its annual New Years Eve party - open to the public and still only $50 per couple which includes cocktails, dinner, dancing and an after midnight snack.  Call Fred at 275-9343 for your ticket.  Seating is limited.  We have not raised our prices for many years and we still have not raised them.

Don't listen to all of the misguided media hype.  Christ and Christmas are alive.  Say it our loud "Merry Chrsitmas".
