"Sing to the Lord, you saints of his; praise his holy name. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning." ps30: 4-5

Are you stagnet in your Cursillo knowledge. I was reading from the Road to Hope by Archbishop F.X. Nguyden van Thuan. The chapter on Study had some very interesting thoughts. It said to Study is to pray. If you wish to advance, if you wish to make a rapid and solid progress in the Road to Hope you must study. "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and all your soul and all your strength, and all your mind." Lk 10:27
Study in order to understand. Study in order to reform. Study in order to serve, and Study in order to love. Here he talks about exercise and improve your ability and occupation to perfection, to keep pace with the modern world.
Since I have been attending the School of Leaders it is increasing my knowledge of the Cursillo movement so I can go out and defend my faith. It has given me a better understanding of the movement and knowing that it was not just a weekend but a true conversion on a daily basis. If you have not attended a School of Leaders session maybe its time to give it another thought. Peace and Love, Pat Williams
Those who have experienced a Cursillo weekend probably can relate to that statement, those who have not gone through a weekend maybe it's time to see what all the talk is about. Look through the information in the Precursillo section to see what it takes to make a Cursillo weekend. Then get with a Cursillista friend to be sponsored or call the Cursillo office on the contact page and we will assist you.
