Let me take this time to explain a little about the School of Leaders. There always seems to be some misconception about who is to attend, and what the function is.
The term used to describe the School of Leaders is symptomatic of the development which results from an investigation into the structure of the movement. The school has had many names that people have used such as Leaders School, School of Leaders, Professors School etc. so don't let the words scare you from attending. It is to carry out the thought, idea, mentality in the same way in which Christ told the apostles to "Go forth and make all nations my disciples; teach them to observe all that I have commanded" Mt 28:19-20. A disciple is one who has learned to follow. In our Christian faith the Person who communes with the disciple is Christ who gives to HIS disciples HIS love and the key to his heart. In this way the truth that is in Christ becomes truth for us, his disciples. The School in the Cursillo Movement are schools where men and women seek ways of imitating the Master as authentic "Schools of Holiness" as the first school with Christ and the apostles. The Christian leader is a person by their action helps promote the community. Christian leadership is showing the way by witness and love. It's a service of love. The School should be groups of service, groups of men and women dedicated to a mission of love.
