REGION OF EASTERN AFRICA

The mission of the Society of Mary in Africa

 is the mission of the Church:

like Mary, to bring Jesus Christ to birth in human

lives and to form in faith those who hear the Gospel.

We seek to accomplish this mission

through fidelity to our Marianist vocation

and through the permanent gift of our charism,

the Marianist who never dies,

enfleshed on the continent of Africa.

Our hope is to see a province of the Society of Mary

firmly established here as soon as possible.
