The proceeds of our fund raisers will benefit our parish children in catholic schools, help with the personal finances of one seminarian, aid in our parish outreach to the poor and many other charities; both in our community and internationally. Members reside in either New Smyrna Beach or Edgewater. We're close enough to Daytona Beach to take advantage of what the city offers, while far enough away to benefit from the quiet of our locale. Our Council is blessed with women of a variety of ages and talents who work in the church, our school, and with parish families and the community. We take our ministry to heart, providing support and encouragement to our members in carrying out the will of Our Lord. In this, the Year of the Priest we praise God in all that He has done for us and pray for His continued grace and blessing. We mourn the loss of our moderator, Father Francis Browne who passed away June 18th, but trust that God will provide us a new moderator who is just as wonderful as Fr. Browne was.
Sue Dunn, President St. Ann’s Council of Catholic Women is in Debary. We are in a vibrant and growing community located in the Southwest Volusia County.
