The Cornucopia is the official newsletter of the Orlando Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (ODCCW). It is built upon a solid foundation from many years of dedicated effort by the previous editors and staff.  We are committed to keeping it a high quality, informative newsletter. Any changes that are made to the format or content will be in keeping with that commitment.

There are three (3) issues per year.  The January issue is delivered free of charge to all members of the Council in the diocese.  The other two (2) issues are sent to members of the ODCCW Board, all affiliation presidents, affiliation deanery board members, and all pastors in the diocese.  Subscriptions for all three (3) issues may be purchased for $4.00.  Checks and subscription requests should be mailed to Karen Hill, 3310 Honeysuckle Lane, Orlando, FL 32812.  All issues are also uploaded to this web site.  See links below.

 A few guidelines to consider when submitting articles:

• Articles should be concise, informative and brief.  Set a topic and stick to it. If you have any questions about what is meant by this, read an article in your newspaper and note the attention to the topic and the length of the piece.  Submit the article if you have something to convey.
• Articles may be edited to fit available space. Weight your article from the beginning. If it needs to be shortened good information will not be lost. Remember that you grab your reader in the first paragraph.
• Don’t be “wordy” or long winded.  After you write it, go back, re-read and edit your piece.
• Publishing of submitted articles is based upon available space and priority.
