Florida Council of Catholic Women (FCCW)Spiritual Enrichment Committee has designed a series of prayer services called Women In The Bible. Each month last year, this FCCW Committee sent prayer services to each Diocesan Church Commission Chair (CCC), who, in turn, sent it to the Deanery CCC's, who make copies and sent it on to each affiliation CCC. They were sent out about two months prior to the date of the service to give time for it to filter down. It is suggested that these services be used to open your meetings. They feature a different one each month, and there are some questions for discussion. If you have your own service, then this comes as a suggestion/resource for you to consider or use to enhance your own service. These prayer services are available in their entirety on the FCCW website. Those who have used it have found it very well-received by the members. We are woment of "faith and prayer." We start all our meetings with prayer to bring us together spiritually, to put us in the presence of the Lord, and to set the tone for the rest of the meeting. All we do begins with prayer.
