Mrs. Lorie Wiley, !st and 2nd grade teacherMrs. Wiley earned a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from Morehead State University in 2006. She joined the faculty at OLM in June of 2006 and loves teaching the first and second grades. Her Haven of Saints continues to be St. Nicholas , the patron saint of children. Under her supervision, this haven participates in several important projects during the school year, including raising money for The Smile Train, which assists children with cleft palates and a toy drive during the holiday season. On a personal note, Mrs. Wiley has been married to her husband, Jerry, for 14 years. Their son, Jay, attends fourth grade at OLM, and their daughter Chloe, is enrolled in kindergarten. Mrs. Wiley is very passionate about teaching and continues to look forward to working closely with OLM’s faculty, students, and parents. Mrs. Wiley states, "This is my fifth year at OLM. I consider it an honor to work with the most wonderful students, parents and teachers I have ever known. I love to teach at a school where the focus is on Christ and the welfare of our fellow man".
