The Women’s Guild would like to thank all of those who contributed to the Glory Garden. The members and staff of the Mariner and the Heritage House were very appreciative of the beautiful and colorful display of flowers and plants. One hundred and twenty plants and arrangements were divided between the two nursing homes. Everyone wanted one and all wanted to know who sent them! Prayer cards, displaying Easter blessings from Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, were also distributed with each plant. The flowers adorned the patients’ rooms, dining areas and day rooms. A great start for future efforts. Wonderful idea, Fr. Jim!!
