Bingo is the largest fundraiser for the school, accounting for $114,000 in revenue for the school last year.  All families will now be scheduled on a Bingo team unless they choose “Option A” and forward their non-refundable payment to the Business Office by August 15, 2032 to opt out of this commitment. If you chose “Option B” please be sure to choose whether you wish to be scheduled to work the Sunday or Tuesday Bingo. As stated in the contract, you may wish to have a grandparent or other relative perform your hours. However, it is very important that you make sure all your hours are reported under your name. We have reduced the remaining number of required service hours to 25 hours. These hours can be attained by monitoring lunch, coaching, working at the meat raffles, theme basket auction or other major fundraiser. Please indicate your choice for the required service hours on the Tuition and Service Contract. Failure to complete your mandatory Bingo and required service hours will result in a charge of $25.00 per incomplete hour.

Bingo is regulated by New York State and OLP can only offer Bingo pursuant to certain licensing and other requirements. To that end, all Bingo workers are required to complete and return with the Tuition and Service Contract the “Authorization for Criminal Record Check and Affidavit of Good Moral Character” attached. The form below should be completed by the person who will be working the scheduled Bingo hours.  When completed, please return to the Rectory Business Office, attention: Donna.  If you have any questions regarding Bingo or requirements, please contact Donna at 716-683-6522 ext. 101.
