Alfonse Cisneski

     Alfonse A. Ciszeski, 93, Prescott, AZ, formerly of Beverly Hills, FL, died Monday, October 5, 2009, of complications from Parkinson's disease. 
     A funeral Mass for Alfonse A. Ciszeski will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 10, 2009, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Beverly Hills. Entombment will follow at Fero Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Beverly Hills, under the direction of Fero Funeral Home.
     Visitation will be on Friday, October 9, 2009, from 2 to 4 p.m. at Fero Funeral Home, 5955 N. Lecanto Highway, Beverly Hills, FL
     A native of Newark, NJ, he was resident of Bloomfield and Toms River, NJ, until moving to Beverly Hills, FL, in 1987 and finally to Prescott, AZ, in 2006. 
Mr. Ciszeski was an accomplished musician and a member of the Musician's Guild of Essex County, NJ, Local 16 AFM. His solo recordings and years with the Bernie White (Whitkowski) Band earned him popularity with the followers of Polish music. 
While retired in Florida, Mr. Ciszeski was a former member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, former member of the Polish American Social Club and the Citrus County Polish Heritage Club in Beverly Hills. 
     Survivors include two sons, Dennis Ciszeski and wife Gail of Hudson, FL, and George Ciszeski of Flemington, NJ; two daughters, Marlene Weinschenk and husband Richard of Warren, NJ, and Kathleen Rosson of Prescott, AZ; five grandchildren, Dawn Monko, Debra Bova, Jeff Lukowiak, Erica Weinschenk and Dennis Ciszeski Jr.; four great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Rachael Bova, Jenna and Hayden Lukowiak. 

V. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.

R. And may perpetual light shine upon him.
V. May the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
R. Amen.

May angels lead you into Paradise; may the martyrs receive you at your coming and lead you to the holy city of 
Jerusalem. May a choir of angels receive you, and with Lazarus, who once was poor, may you have eternal rest.
