Commonweal
Commonweal is an independent journal of opinion edited and managed by lay Catholics. It publishes editorials, columns, essays, poetry, reviews of books, movies, plays, the media, a selection of apposite and/or funny cartoons, and lots of letters to the editors. Liberal? Conservative? Depends on the issue and the writer. From its founding in 1924, the journal has held that America has much to learn from Catholicism and vice versa.

Diocese of St Petersburg
The Roman Catholic Diocese of St. Petersburg was established on June 17, 1968, with territory taken from the Diocese of St. Augustine and the Diocese of Miami. It is a suffragan see of the Province of Miami along with the Dioceses of St. Augustine, Orlando, Pensacola-Tallahassee, and Venice. Situated on Florida's west coast, along the Gulf of Mexico, the diocese covers 3,177 square miles in five counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus. The principal cities of the diocese are St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater and Beverly Hills. The diocese serves a total population of approximately 2,900,000, of whom over 425,000 are Catholic.

Abbot Francis Sadlier Council 6168 is the Knights of Columbus organization associated with Our Lady of Grace Church. Les Magyar of Our Lady of Grace Church is the Grand Knight.

United States Conference of Catholic Bishops
The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is an assembly of the hierarchy of the United States and the U.S. Virgin Islands who jointly exercise certain pastoral functions on behalf of the Christian faithful of the United States. The purpose of the Conference is to promote the greater good which the Church offers humankind, especially through forms and programs of the apostolate fittingly adapted to the circumstances of time and place. This purpose is drawn from the universal law of the Church and applies to the episcopal conferences which are established all over the world for the same purpose.
