RIVER at P.O. Box 8395, Cincinnati, OH 45208 US - New Members' Retreat May 29-31, 2009 Moye Spiritual Center in Melbourne, KY

The Spring New Member and Community Retreat was awesome! We were blessed with a beautiful weekend at the Moye Spiritual Life Center. I am very grateful for the efforts of the retreat team members Helen Mick, Bill Tonnis, RJ Speiss & Pete Thomas with retreat facilitators Anne Bresnahan & George Polak; they put a lot of work into planning a great weekend! Our theme for the weekend was “Called to Love'".  The presence of our Fathers Love was in every story, every prayer and every beautiful note of music, thank you all for sharing the love.  The Moye Spiritual Life Center was a wonderful setting to reflect upon Our Lords Love for us and how we are 'Called to Love" in our lives.

I would also like to express gratitude to Padre for his support and guidance and celebrating a beautiful Mass on Sunday.

With special thanks to Fr. Louis Lipps for leading our Reconciliation, Prayer Partner Coordinators Anne Bresnahan, George Polak, Emily Crawford and Brian Archdeacon & the team of Prayer Partners for providing wonderful gifts & prayers for the retreat team & participants.  Without their efforts the weekend wouldn't have been the same!  

 It was truly my pleasure and blessing to spend such an amazing weekend with all of you. I look forward to many shared RIVER Community events and celebrating the love that we are called to at Tuesday Night Mass.
