The Sacred Heart Program's CONTACT show marks Earth Day by featuring a two-part series on the holiness of nature and by introducing you to Sister Carolyn Sur, a School Sister of Notre Dame who lives on a 70-acre pine forest to celebrate her oneness with God through nature. Sister Carolyn also offers practical tips and a morning meditation for applying lessons from nature to your own life. In part 2 of CONTACT'S special program, Sister Carolyn offers more advice for busy people on how to achieve peace and contentment through nature.
