 ORDINATION of Reverend Doug Krings to the priesthood will be May 21st at St. Ann Cathedral in Great Falls, with a Mass of Thanksgiving the following day. Please keep him in your prayers as he serves our diocese. Please Note: Father Rob and Father Samuel will be attending the Ordination and Mass; therefore, Mass will not be celebrated here on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 21 and 22.

CATECHIST MEETING will be held Wednesday, May 22, at 7:00 p.m. at the parish center for anyone who will be teaching next year. If a parent would like to be a helper you may also attend this meeting. The new curriculum and dates for next year will be discussed. Thank you for another great year! 

CUM CHRISTO: Miles City will be hosting Cum Christo weekends in June (Men’s June 6-9 and Women’s June 13-16). Please submit applications to David or Donna Nation (232-1134 or 697-0020) or bring to the parish office as soon as possible.

PARISH STEWARDSHIP THOUGHT: Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we celebrate the birth of the Church. Today’s Scripture passages proclaim the Spirit’s mighty works. In the Acts of the Apostles, the disciples receive the Holy Spirit. As a result, they preach Christ’s message in the language of every nation staying in Jerusalem at the time — an indication of the Church’s universal appeal. In St. John’s Gospel, the risen Christ appears to His frightened disciples, grants them peace, breathes the Spirit upon them, and empowers them to forgive sins. St. Paul, in his First Letter to the Corinthians, preaches unity to the community that is not using God’s gifts to create harmony among its members. Inspired by the Holy Spirit, Christian stewards are called to share their God-given gifts with the parish communion. Are we answering this call?

50TH ANNIVERSARY of the Ordination to the Priesthood of Father Denis Keane will be celebrated Sunday, June 9th at St. Agnes Church, Red Lodge, MT, beginning with Mass at 10:00 a.m. followed by a potluck/buffet dinner and program. ¨ Sisters Summer School with the Nashville Dominicans and Sisters of Jesus will be held the week of July 8-12,  for grades K—8.

SACRED HEART PARISH HOLY LAND PILGRIMAGE 2014, with Father Rob Oswald as spiritual director, is scheduled from January 7-16, 2014:  Cost  is $3,599.00 per person (double occupancy) or $4,080.00 (single). This includes round-trip airfare from Billings to Tel-Aviv, lodging, evening dinners and all transfers and admissions. ST. THOMAS SUMMER CAMP is located in beautiful Monarch, Montana, one hour east of Great Falls, in an ideal mountain setting for Christian camp activities with young people from all parts of Montana.  Children in 5th—10th grades come together for one-week sessions that promote Catholic fellowship, challenging outdoor activities, prayer and worship.  Summer 2013 sessions are as follows:  June 30—July 5 (Girls grades 8, 9 & 10); July 7-12 (Girls grades 5, 6 & 7); July 14-19 (Boys grades 7, 8 & 9); July 21-26 (Boys grades 5 & 6); July 28-31—Family Week.  Call Scott T. BABY BOTTLES from the Pregnancy Outreach Clinic of Miles City are to be returned to the church by Sunday, May 26^th.  The Clinic thanks you for your prayers and your support of their ministry.
