The following diocesan ministries have been formed to provide you with community support:

New Beginnings
A new session of New Beginnings, a support group for divorced and separated persons, sponsored by the Diocese of Covington and hosted by the Dept. of Catechesis and Formation, will begin April 11, 2013.  Meetings will be held on Thursday evenings from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. through May 30, and will provide the opportunity for healing and growth.  In this faith-based group, participants will find new understanding of themselves and their relationships and gain courage to discover new life.  Registration is required.  Call 859-392-1527.

ADULT FAITH FORMATION COURSES

The Department of Catechesis and Formation of the Diocese of Covington is hosting the adult faith formation course “Third Edition of the Roman Missal” with Rev. Dan Schomaker June 1, 5, and 15 at St. Thomas Parish in Ft. Thomas, KY. Classes on June 1 & 15 will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Class on June 5 will be held from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. In this Year of Faith, learn more about the changes to the liturgy that came to our diocese in 2011.  This course is open to all interested adults and qualifies as maintenance for certified religion teachers in the Diocese of Covington. The cost for the entire course is only $25. The Department of Catechesis and Formation of the Diocese of Covington will be offering eleven adult faith formation courses the week of June 10 through 14 at St. Pius X Parish in Edgewood, KY. Morning, afternoon, and evening courses are available on a variety of topics including Basic Beliefs, Scripture, Justice and Peace, Christian Morality and more! These courses fulfill the requirements for religion teacher certification in the Diocese of Covington, but are open to all interested adults. The cost is only $25 per course.
