St. Louis School and Parish is now offering electronic payment options through Pledge Connect (link below). You now have the option to make Tuition payments, Sunday offerings, Building Fund payments, Shopping Card orders (a.k.a. "Scrips") or Saint Vincent DePaul contributions through our website with EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Credit Card payments. General Instructions for completing the Secure Pledge form: Although Pledge Connect is easy to use and understand, these instructions are here to help guide you along the way should you need them. You might find it easier to make a hard copy of these instructions before you link to the "Secure Pledge" page. 1. Contribution Information: Click the black inverted triangle to select where you want your contributions to go (for example: Tuition) 3. Frequency: Select how often you wish to make the contribution to the selected Category in Step 1. 4. Start Date: Select the date from the calendar when you want to start your systematic contributions. 5. Either type in the number of payments you want to make to the choice you made in Step 1, or click Continuous Payments box. 6. You will then see your Contributions Total based on the Frequency you chose in Step 3. 7. Parish Information: Enter your envelope number [found on the top front of your Church envelope] 8. Billing Information: Complete your billing information. 9. Payment Method: You are offered two choices: (a) Credit Card, or (b) eCheck/EFT. The default is Credit Card. Complete the Credit Card information based on the card you will use. If you prefer to use choice (b), eCheck/EFT, click the radio button next to eCheck/EFT. Type in the routing number and your bank account number from which the funds will be debited. Not sure where to find those numbers? Click the (?) question mark next to routing number and account number and a box will open on the top left of your screen showing where to find those numbers. 10. Account Type: Select either Checking or Savings. 11. If you would like to write a comment, do so in the box provided for that purpose. Please note that as a security feature, if you wish to change or stop the automatic deductions, you can click Change Existing Payments link at the bottom of the Secure Donation Form, or call the Administrator at the Parish Office.
Please NOTE:
Tuition payments made IN FULL do NOT accrue any service charge! Use EFT or Credit Card with Pledge Connect. You may also choose to bring a Check, in person, to St. Louis School.
If you choose to pay over time you must choose the 10 month payment option. In doing so you WILL accrue a 4% service charge added to your tuition total (for example: In parish tuition for 2 children is listed at $5000.00. By using the 10 month payment option you would pay a total of $5200.00 over the course of the 10 month plan).
