Jesus said to visit the sick and those in prison. In September, 1996 Catholic Charities of our diocese initiated a Ministry at the Allegheny County Jail. The program is three faceted: 1) a literacy program, 2) a Bible support group, 3) Eucharistic Ministers. Interested persons can find out more information by calling the parish Social Ministry Office.
