Adriene Alarcon
aalarcon@saintsebastianparish.orgDirector of Stewardship

Christ has no body now on earth but yours, no hands but yours, no feet but yours.
~ Saint Teresa of Avila
We are the body of Christ! It’s up to us to represent Jesus to others and make a difference in the world. My role at Saint Sebastian Parish as the Director of Stewardship is to be Christ’s voice and reiterate His call to discipleship, as Saint Teresa says so beautifully above. Jesus calls us to serve God by helping others. Stewardship – giving your time, talent and treasure in gratitude for God’s abundant blessings – does just that. It’s finding your purpose by using your God-given abilities and blessings to give back to God. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as the Director of Stewardship and I am very excited to be a part of the great things about to unfold here at Saint Sebastian Parish.
Sister Jane Ellis
jellis@saintsebastianparish.orgParish Social Minister

As Parish Social Minister, my role is to familiarize parishioners with the Catholic Church’s Themes of Social Justice and to apply these themes to current social issues. Parishioners are encouraged to live out their Baptismal call to service by volunteering to join some of the parish committees, to contribute to food, clothing and furniture drives for the needy and to be actively involved in the support of peace and justice in our community, our nation and our world. I strive to keep parishioners informed of the Church’s position on social issues, such as Immigration Reform and the Right to Life, and encourage their participation in events that support this position.
Ruth K. Hesidence
rhesidence@saintsebastianparish.orgAdministrative Assistant

I have the privilege of welcoming and registering new members to our parish family. I am also privileged to be responsible for personally receiving and scheduling Mass requests for parishioners’ loved ones and friends. Some other responsibilities include maintaining records, Parish Share Program, and reports.
Tommy Hoffman
thoffman@saintsebastianparish.orgDirector of Music and Worship

I provide and maintain the liturgical music program of the parish, serve as the main organist and choir director, coordinate training and scheduling of all liturgical ministries: provide music at all Sunday and Holy Day Mass times, the Triduum, and other special liturgical celebrations, provide Sunday Mass prayers for the Penitential Rite and General Intercessions, coordinate and produce all Lector announcements at Sunday Mass, provide and maintain liturgical planning in arts and environment for all liturgical seasons, work with the pastor on liturgical planning and convene the Worship committee at various times during the year.
Robert (Mr. Bob) Koslosky
rkoslosky@saintsebastianparish.org Director of Faith Formation

My role at Saint Sebastian Parish is to provide a comprehensive religious education and faith formation program for total catechesis from “cradle to grave” that will enhance the programs already in place. I create programs for sacramental preparation that enhance student, youth and parent involvement. I oversee total parish religious education to include both parochial and public school students. My job is to be the umbrella that incorporates faith challenge and growth for the entire parish family.
Peg Kirchner
PKirchner@SaintSebastianParish.org Parish Manager

As Parish Manager, I work with the Pastor, Father John, to administer the financial operations, facilities, maintenance and employee relations in the parish and school. I interact with the Finance Council, Temporalities Committee, School Advisory Council, Finance Committee and other parish groups as needed. I work closely with our Parish Accountant, Pat D'Amico to establish a budget and create monthly financial statements and year end financial reports.
