As you explore our website, please note that although we are a relatively young diocese (We celebrated our 25th Anniversary in November, 2003), our history can be traced back more than 200 years.
Many of our predecessors in faith suffered great hardships so that, in our day and time, we could become a community -- "a community of believers in Jesus the Christ, called to impact family, neighborhood and society with the Gospel so that people's lives are filled with hope."
