$3,580 for Kindergarden Non-Parishioners ($358 per month)
$2,800 for Kindergarten Parishioners ($280 per month) with $500 credit toward 1st grade 2010-2011 for returning parishioners
PRESCHOOL
3 year olds: $780 ($78 per month)
4 year olds: $1,170 ($117 per month)

All monthly tuition payments begin in August and end in May.

Registration Fee - used for classrom supplies
Educational/Technology Fee - pays for books, computer equipment, software and training, batteries, warranties, etc., and all religion books.
OCE fee (Office of Catholic Education fee) - assessed by the Catholic Education Office in Cleveland each year, covers accreditation, licenses, and teacher professional development. Our office is not charging you the full $35.00 but will add $10.00 per student.
Bingo revenue plus tuition money goes into the account at the parish office that pays the teachers’ and school staff salaries, plus heating and air conditioning. The parish also subsidizes salaries.
Please note that salaries are not above-average. A new teacher starts with a beginning salary of $20,000. For several years our teachers have had no pay raises. Several of our teachers have other jobs in the evenings and on weekends to subsidize their income so they can teach in our Catholic School.
The diocese and our Finance Council estimate that the cost per pupil to be educated at St. Joseph School is approxiamately $3,480.00.
