Below is the comprehensive list of services available:

St. Michael School is a private school that caters to the needs of its students and families.  While St. Michael's School is a Catholic institution it also respects the faith tradition of all its students and families.

St. Michael School offers Kindergarten through Eighth grades with Preschool available.  St. Michael's focuses on academic excellence and the Christian formation of its students.  The needs of students and families are also met as needed with services through Ashley grade school in the Regional Office of Education.

Technology is a priority at St. Michael School.  Each classroom has computers for students in each grade.  Teachers make use of latest technology aids such as Smartboards and update their training annually.  The faculty strives to make the best use of traditional and techonological aids to learning.

St. Michael School has formed a sports cooperative with Ashley grade school in Ashley, Illinois.  Thus, a full lineup of sports are available at St. Michael School including but not limited to baseball, track, basketball, volleyball, etc.  St. Michael school has its own Peewee basketball team that plays January through March, which generally includes third through fifth graders.

St. Michael School has the assistance of many volunteers that help students and teachers in learning and obtaining experiences in many fields of study.

The Parish Priest of St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Rev. Father Jean-Marie is active in the school.  His presence includes teaching religion from time to time, homilies at Weekday Masses.

After Care is available at SMS until 5pm, Mon-Friday.  After Care is not available on early dismissal days.
