The PTO Merchant Rebate program consist of gift cerificates/cards, a rechargeable card and a rewards car. If you shop at one of the listed merchants, please utilize the program. It doesn't cost you any money that you wouldn't already be planning on spending and we get a rebate on your purchases. The programs are described below. Dorothy Lane Market - Plastic $25.00 or $50.00 gift cards are available at the Rectory or by ordering them. The order form is on the school's home page. Kohl's Department Store - Plastic $25.00 gift cards are available at the Rectory or by ordering them. The order form is on the school's home page. Cub Foods - Paper $25.00 gift certificates are available at the Rectory or by ordering them. The order form is on the school's home page. Kroger - Plastic rechargeable gift card purchased for $5.00 with a value of five dollars on the card. When shopping at Krogers, before scanning your groceries, you recharge your card with cash, a check or a credit card. Then the cashier scans your Kroger Plus card and groceries; you then pay for your groceries with your Kroger rechargeable card. The balance on your card is printed on your receipt or you can call 866-822-6252 to find out the balance on your card. The cards can be purchased by using the Scrip order form that is on the school's home page or you can purchase a card at the Rectory. Meijer - Go to www.meijer.com/rewards and sign-up for your Meijer Community Rewards card and start earning $ rewards for our school. The PTO organizational code is 328018. After receiving your card in the mail, all you need to do is present your card when you pay for your merchandize at Meijer and we earn $ rewards. It's that simple!
