FAQs

How do I get our baby baptized?

Baptisms are done every Sunday following the 11am mass in the Church. All first time parents must attend a baptism class which is offered here at St. Ann (every other month) on the third Sunday from 9-11:30am in the Family Life Center. Contact Barbara King in the parish office to register for the baptism class and or schedule your baptism date. Necessary paper work must be completed and returned to the parish office before the baptism can take place.

 

How do I join the parish?

Welcome packets are available in the bookcase located in the church hallway or at the parish office. The yellow census card inside the packet needs to be filled out and returned to the parish office. You can also register online at www.stannbartlett.org Contact Teresa Tansey in the parish office if you have questions regarding registration.  Envelopes will be received within two weeks after registration.

 

How do I arrange for a Mass intention?

Contact Teresa Tanseyat the parish office to schedule a mass date.

 
How do I put something in the bulletin?

Contact Laura Hamer in the parish office or email laura.hamer@stann.cdom.org. Please do not send help wanted or advertisement inserts. If you would like to place a business ad in the back of the bulletin, contact Terry Paulson at  413-4039.

Who do I contact to make arrangements for a funeral Mass or Service?

Contact Barbara King at the parish office.

 

I would like a priest to visit someone who is sick or want Communion brought to you at home or in the hospital, who do I conatact?

Contact Teresa Tansey in the parish office. Priests are ready to visit, administer the Sacrament of the Sick and Holy Communion and our Ministers to the Sick can visit weekly to administer Holy Communion. Provide the following information when calling:

  • Name
  • Condition of the person
  • Location and phone number of the person
  • Convenient time to visit.

If it is an emergency after hours, call the parish office number and follow the prompt for the emergency number.

 

How do I change my name or address in the Parish records or advise that I am moving?
