Facilities for Parishioners and Their Guests

We have several rooms and locations at affordable usage rates to meet the needs of parishioners and parish organizations.  We can accommodate  business meetings, seminars, classes, dinners, dances, receptions and parties.

The following information will provide you with some of the details of our rooms, floor plans, fees policies on the use of our facilities.

Trinity Hall

Trinity Hall was completed in 2004 as part of the parish’s building and renovation program.  The Hall is conveniently located on the south end of
St. AnnChurch (an ideal location for a rehearsal dinner or reception following a wedding in the church) and is easily accessible from the main parking area with a covered circular drop off.

The Hall itself is a large 80 ft. by 35 ft. room which can be sectioned into one or two smaller rooms through the use of folding partitions.  The hall has two wet bars at each end and is accessible to a coffee service bar, small refrigerator, and an ice machine. 

Each room provides internet access and can be configured for meetings with tables, classroom style, or for receptions.  Two sets of lights are in each room allowing you to choose just the right ambience.

Madonna Hall

Madonna Hall is located in the Family
Life Center on the southwest corner of the St. Ann parish campus.  The building is accessible from Alturia Road or from Charles Bryan Road.  Ample parking is available in front of the building and in the main parking lot.

The Hall is a spacious 36 ft. by 66 ft. room with a vaulted ceiling and flanked by floor to ceiling windows at either end.  The Hall is immediately adjacent to a catering kitchen complete with an 8 burner stove, two ovens, a microwave, ice maker, commercial refrigerator, and large kitchen sinks.  The kitchen is accessible from a service drive on the east side of the building.  Restrooms and coffee service bar are conveniently located just outside the main entrance to the Hall.

McGivney Hall

McGivney Hall; named after Father Michael McGivney, founder of the Knights of Columbus, is located in the basement of the St. Joachim Chapel.  The hall is the "home" of the St. Ann Knights of Columbus Council - Pope John Paul I.  The hall is available for use by parishioners and is ideal for smaller gatherings.  There is access to a small kitchen and the hall is accessible by stairs or the elevator.  Usage fees go to benefit the projects of the council.  Arrangements for use are made through Teresa Tansey in the parish office.

Facility Usage Information and Fees

Parish organizations and ministries can access facilities at no charge, however each organization is responsible for set-up and clean-up in most cases.  To reserve a room for a parish organization event or activity, please click
here to download a copy of the Facilities Request Form.  Complete the form and return it to Teresa Tansey in the parish office by dropping it off at the front desk, faxing it to 373-9030, or attaching it as an email to teresa.tansey@stann.cdom.org   

Facilities are available for individual parishioner use with the payment of a "usage fee' as described below. 

All f
ees include a set-up and clean-up fee and insurance.  St. Ann staff will set up all tables and chairs and other equipment provided by St. Ann and provide all clean-up needs.  Set-up of equipment secured by the renter must be arranged for and paid by the renter.  Additional fees may be accessed for the use of specific equipment such as audio visual and sound systems.

 

 

All fees are due two weeks prior to the scheduled reservation.  Cancellations received within one week are subject to a fee of one-half of the Security Deposit.

 

Events must be concluded by 12:00 midnight.  Additional time for parish staff to stay past midnight to secure the building will result in the forfeiture of the Security Deposit.

 

 

 

Any damage to the facility will be deducted from the Security Deposit and/or billed to the user.

Fees are subject to change.  Contact Teresa Tansey when scheduling your event for the latest fee schedule.
 
 

To reserve a room for parishioner use, click here to download a copy of the "Facilities Use Agreement.”  Complete the form and return it to Teresa Tansey in the parish office by dropping it off at the front desk, faxing it to 373-9030, or attaching it as an email to teresa.tansey@stann.cdom.org   Your reservation will not be finalized without the payment of the deposit fee.

Usage Fee:  $35.00 per hour (minimum of 3 hours) plus $95 insurance fee*.  Refundable Security Deposit: $50.00 due at the time of the reservation. 

 


* Th
e insurance fee is due at the time of the reservation.  The insurance fee may be waived if the renter provides a “Certificate of Insurance” specifically naming St. Ann as an insured at least two weeks in advance.

 

 Catering

 

 

 

St. Ann’s preferred and recommended caterer is Mr. Chuck Pettit. 
Mr. P
ettit serves as the catering manager and serves the catering needs of St. Ann, the Catholic Diocese of Memphis, the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception as well as providing catering services for private parties and receptions.  Parties however may use another caterer of their choic
e.
