The following information will provide you with some of the details of our rooms, floor plans, fees policies on the use of our facilities.

Trinity Hall 
Trinity Hall was completed in 2004 as part of the parish’s building and renovation program. The Hall is conveniently located on the south end of
Each room provides internet access and can be configured for meetings with tables, classroom style, or for receptions. Two sets of lights are in each room allowing you to choose just the right ambience.

Madonna Hall
Madonna Hall is located in the Family
The Hall is a spacious 36 ft. by 66 ft. room with a vaulted ceiling and flanked by floor to ceiling windows at either end. The Hall is immediately adjacent to a catering kitchen complete with an 8 burner stove, two ovens, a microwave, ice maker, commercial refrigerator, and large kitchen sinks. The kitchen is accessible from a service drive on the east side of the building. Restrooms and coffee service bar are conveniently located just outside the main entrance to the Hall.

McGivney Hall
McGivney Hall; named after Father Michael McGivney, founder of the Knights of Columbus, is located in the basement of the St. Joachim Chapel. The hall is the "home" of the St. Ann Knights of Columbus Council - Pope John Paul I. The hall is available for use by parishioners and is ideal for smaller gatherings. There is access to a small kitchen and the hall is accessible by stairs or the elevator. Usage fees go to benefit the projects of the council. Arrangements for use are made through Teresa Tansey in the parish office.

Facility Usage Information and Fees
Parish organizations and ministries can access facilities at no charge, however each organization is responsible for set-up and clean-up in most cases. To reserve a room for a parish organization event or activity, please click here to download a copy of the Facilities Request Form. Complete the form and return it to Teresa Tansey in the parish office by dropping it off at the front desk, faxing it to 373-9030, or attaching it as an email to teresa.tansey@stann.cdom.org
