There was a brief report by Mary Ann Scaglione and Sara Simpson regarding the progress of the greeters. Both have spoken to Eileen Smith, who is very pleased with the response, has enough greeters for all Masses except 10:45. There is a notice in the bulletin for more volunteers.

Mary Ann Scaglione presented a sample idea of a tri-fold St. Anthony flyer. When perfected with the assist of Marissa Brewer, flyers can be left in real estate offices, model centers, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Father Donlan emphasized the impact on the parish, of all the new houses being built locally. One hundred new families have registered since July. In response to Ed Gear's question, Father responded that he is happy with the welcome given by Deacon Mike and his wife Janice, the parish staff and all the parishioners. Our main focus is meeting, greeting, and getting to know newcomers.
Other areas of importance are Generations of Faith and Young Adult Minsitry.
Father Donlan gave an update on the "Jesus Video", a team makes calls to assess reaction.

Sara suggested that we each look over our notes from last year's retreat, to see if there is another project to add to "where we're going."

Father Donlan spent some time explaining the ritual for nominating new Pastoral Council members. The selection committee volunteers are T. Pitts, MA Scaglione, S Simpson. The process will go through March, and be completed at the April Council Meeting.
